Project Highlights

A new 13,000 SF Educational Center on the existing Mabee Farm Historic Site which included a community room, display galleries, meeting rooms, classrooms, and a climate controlled artifact storage space.

Challenges

Constructing a building on a historic site presented design challenges in integrating mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements that would maintain the historic nature of the site.
