MEP renovations to an existing downtown complex to house the relocated MCC Downtown Campus
The total gross square footage of the existing Kodak Site buildings is approximately 590,000 sf. The program for the MCC Downtown Campus is approximately 250,000 gross sf. This project includes or the renovation of the existing Kodak Site buildings only as needed to accommodate the MCC Downtown Campus program, which includes: main entry/atrium areas, circulation space, classrooms, lecture halls, instructional learning/technology centers, computer labs, science labs, human performance lab, administrative & faculty offices, student services areas, assembly areas, library, student activity areas, cafeteria/dining areas, public safety services, building operations and central receiving/storage. The project also includes improvements to the existing parking lot, as well as major utility work as needed to separate services for Kodak and MCC.
This project is LEED certified to the Gold Level.
