Project Highlights

del Lago is a new, high-end resort casino in New York’s Finger Lakes Region. The new resort features back of house support areas, nine restaurants/dining options with associated kitchen support areas, a 15,000 SF multipurpose Events Center, conference and meeting rooms, administration offices, spa, parking garage and laundry. The area of the main gaming level is approximately 88,000 SF.

M/E Role

M/E Engineering provided HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering design for the 130-room, 123,000 SF hotel and 309,100 SF casino.
