Architectural Lighting Design - Project Highlights
We selected luminaires to fit within the structural confines of the existing building, while providing an energy-efficient architectural lighting design system that coordinated with the building's contemporary architectural finishes. A combination of energy-efficient LED and fluorescent light sources were utilized to maximize energy efficiency and available utility rebates, but minimize ongoing maintenance costs. The building exterior was illuminated utilizing LED luminaires, to provide facade accent, security, and inviting walkway lighting.
HVAC Engineering
The existing structure and building envelope did not easily lend itself to a fully ducted air conditioning system that would be energy efficient. The VRF option was implemented as a highly efficient heating and cooling system which required a reduced amount of ceiling space.
